Sustainability Consultant II

Patrick Boyle joined The Green Engineer in 2021 as a Sustainability Consultant. Patrick collaborates with project teams to promote sustainable building materials, implement energy-efficient strategies, and incorporate design elements that create healthier indoor environments.

Patrick began his career as a project engineer responsible for the construction administration of large infrastructure projects. Prior to joining TGE, he was involved in environmental remediation as well as PV design throughout the Greater Boston area. He has completed WUFI energy models for many buildings in their pursuit of Passive House Institute US (Phius) certification. He coordinates the education services provided by The Green Engineer, leading several regularly offered courses through BE+ and facilitating TGE’s status as a USGBC Education Partner.

Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Alaska Anchorage and a Master of Science in Energy Technology from Dalarna University. Patrick is accredited as a LEED AP BD+C, ID+C, and WELL AP as well as serving on the LEED and WELL Faculty. He is also an accredited Fitwel Ambassador, CPHC, and CPHB.
