Join us as we launch this exciting new webinar series in the new year!

Whether it's your first cup of the day or maybe you're onto your third, bring your coffee and join us for a 30-minute morning webinar to start your day. Every other week, we'll explore a specific sustainable design and/or construction related topic that supports a sustainable future.

Each webinar will focus on a sustainability related topic, featuring approximately 20 minutes of information sharing followed by 10 minutes for discussion. We'll cut through the complexity and focus on a single topic to deliver maximum value in minimum time.

This comprehensive series will cover essential topics in sustainable building design, such as:

  • LEED v5
  • Passive House
  • WELL Building Standard
  • Health & Wellness
  • ASHRAE 209 standards
  • Resilience planning
  • Selecting healthy materials
  • Understanding WBLCA results
  • Decarbonization strategies

The invite is open to all, whether you're an architect, builder, developer, owner, or facilities manager. Future series will continue to focus on emerging industry developments and exclusive insights from The Green Engineer.

Episode 7: Beyond Certification: What IWBI Just Changed About WELL - April 8, 2026 Register

What's new in the world of WELL? IWBI has recently launched new ratings and is set to announce a new platform to help drive adoption of the world's premier third-party verified health and wellness certification of our built spaces. During the pandemic, IWBI launched its first Rating - the Health-Safety Rating - to directly address the needs of the time. 6 years later, they are expanding and revamping their approach to these Ratings to better serve their community of participants. WELL Certification is a holistic and stringent, yet flexible, standard to comply with, but the Ratings provide increased flexibility as they tailor the WELL Building Standard to the various stakeholders and their positions when not able to start off with a full certification. Join Michael Munn as he shares the news from IWBI's February 2026 NY Summit: WELL's Real Estate Rating, the Operations Rating, and soon to be announced, One WELL.
