On February 6, 2024, The Green Engineer hosted a student engagement session at Concord Middle School for 6th to 8th grade students. In response to the disproportionate representation of BIPOC and female professionals in the fields of architecture, engineering and construction (AEC), the event aimed to introduce BIPOC students to the several potential pathways leading into the AEC profession. Engaging the students with a planned integrated design activity was meant to showcase the wide range of roles involved in the development of a built project, with a particular focus on sustainability.

On November 14, 2023, The Green Engineer will host an inspiring event at Walden Pond for BIPOC students from Concord Carlisle High School. This initiative aims to introduce students to the impactful field of sustainability consulting, showcasing TGE’s project, and the various career pathways available in this vital industry.

The Green Engineer, in collaboration with Friends of Wellesly Metco, Inc., will be providing funds for Wellesley Metco Students to be able to attend pre-college summer programs in sustainable design.

Senior Building Performance Analysts (BPAs), Vipul Singh and Anthony Hardman, have each been promoted to Principal.

The Green Engineer proudly announced its enrollment as an early adopter of the IWBI WELL Equity Rating. This initiative aligns with TGE’s Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI) initiatives, providing a robust framework to enhance policies and operations.

Building Performance Analyst (BPA), Peter Levy, has been promoted to Senior Building Performance Analyst, and Building Performance Analyst I, Prachi Sharma, has been promoted to Building Performance Analyst II.
