The multifamily, new construction project in Boston, Massachusetts is now Phius CORE 2021 Design Certified! Projects earn Phius Design Certification after review and approval of the project’s energy model and prescriptive requirements by Phius Certification Staff. This review process ensures the project is designed to hit all targets outlined by Phius’ climate-specific, cost-optimized standard.

As a Phius Design Certified Project, the Bartlett Station - Building F5 project is now listed in the Phius Certified Projects Database – the most comprehensive database of passive projects in North America.
