Brad has been elevated to Director of Passive House Services, a role that he now shares with Peter Levy and recognizes his leadership and the successful launch of this important service offering. Brad has been instrumental in building our Passive House practice from the ground-up – establishing workflows, advancing technical capacities, and delivering high-performance results for our clients. Through his work our Passive House services help clients navigate certification, optimize building performance and realize long-term value. He will also remain in his role as a Senior Sustainability Consultant.

Kelsey has been elevated to Senior Sustainability Consultant, which recognizes her growth into a trusted and valued member of our team, consistently delivering thoughtful and high-quality work for our clients. Her deep commitment to sustainability and her collaborative approach makes her a natural fit for this next step in her career. We are thrilled to recognize her contributions and look forward to all that she will accomplish in her new role.
