Peter Levy, BEMP, CPHC, LEED AP BD+C

Peter Levy joined The Green Engineer team as a Building Performance Analyst (BPA) in 2013 and was elevated to Director of Passive House Services in 2023. As a Certified Passive House Consultant (CPHC) he leads TGE’s team in managing Passive House design and certification in order to help teams find the most practical and economic ways to passively reduce energy use in buildings. He has completed WUFI energy models for many buildings in their pursuit of Passive House Institute US (PHIUS) certification. He also performs energy modeling in eQUEST and DesignBuilder for design assistance, LEED certification, and energy code compliance.
Peter earned a Bachelor of Science in Building and Construction Technology at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. He earned a Master of Science in Environmental Conservation at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Peter has earned the LEED AP (BD+C), ASHRAE Building Energy Modeling Professional (BEMP) and Certified Passive House Consultant (CPHC) accreditations.
