We offer detailed daylight modeling services to assist both in the design process as well as for LEED & WELL credits.

The intent of daylighting modeling is to evaluate strategies for space planning and building configuration that optimize daylight, visual comfort, views, and thermal comfort.

‍

We use advanced daylight analysis software to evaluate and refine daylighting design strategies, exterior shading options and façade design. The daylighting model for the space is simulated under varying conditions and times throughout the year to assess the daylight quality, quantity and distribution, daylight autonomy, potential glare conditions, and associated energy impacts.
