Our very own, Michael Munn, will be presenting "New (and Different): WELL for Residential - A Healthy Home Rating System" at this year's Building Tech Forum. Don't miss it!

WELL for Residential was launched by IWBI at the end of 2023 and was developed specifically for the residential market. We think the system will prove to be an attainable and relatively affordable differentiator to attract health and wellness minded residents, and provide guidance towards designing and building homes which serve our wellbeing. It differs significantly from the current WELL v2 Certification structure, which many may be familiar with (no mandatory requirements and no recertification).
