Wheelock College, Campus Center & Student Residence
This 60,000 sf building creates a seven-floor campus center and student residence hall for a century-old, private, co-ed college in Boston's Fenway/Longwood neighborhood. The project uses low-flow fixtures and has day-lit common areas.
During construction, it monitored waste management. Exceeding original sustainability goals, the building earned LEED®-NC v2.2 Gold certification. The project was opened in January of 2009.
