The Green Engineer Participates in 19th Annual Earth Day Charles River Cleanup

On Saturday, April 28th, 2018, our team celebrated Earth Day by volunteering with the Charles River Watershed Association in the 19th Annual Earth Day Charles River/Muddy Water Cleanup.

The Annual Earth Day Charles River Cleanup brings together over 3,000 volunteers each year to pick up litter, remove invasive species and assist with park maintenance.

This is the forth consecutive year The Green Engineer has volunteered in the CRWA's annual cleanup.

According to the CRWA, "the Annual Earth Day Charles River Cleanup builds on a national effort as part of American Rivers’ National River Cleanup®, which to date, has removed over 20.7 million pounds of trash from America’s waterways."
