Employees of TGE along with their family and friends participated in a day-long walking tour in the city of Boston, visiting a variety of projects that TGE is working on or has completed work in. The crew was benefitted with a low-humidity, overcast day that proved to be perfect weather for a day-long excursion.
The beginning of the tour highlighted projects still under construction, such as Winsor School's Center for Performing Arts and The Van Ness in the Fenway district, as well as recently completed projects including Berklee College of Music's new residence hall at 160 Mass Ave and the Liberty Mutual building in the South End.
The tour led to the final destination of the Innovation District, where a grouping of TGE's project stand, including Waterside Place, multiple Fan Pier buildings, and the under-construction Watermark Parcel K project.
The 5-mile walking route linked a total of 15 separate projects that TGE has been a part of the team, demonstrating the diversity that we are able to provide within our primary services and across multiple project types.
